For Week 4 -- SYLLABUS CHANGE

READING
Because we are a little bit behind, I am going to shorten the reading assignment for WEEK 4.
FOCUS your reading for Tuesday and Thursday on pages 158-199 (ch13-22), pages 233-241 (ch30). READ the WOLFE, LYNCH, and FRIEDMAN as examples of contemporary applications of Hobbes.
I give you permission to skip/skim the rest of the original assignment (i.e., pages 152-157, pages 200-204, 228-233, 241-246).
BLOG
This week, seminar participants with the last names A-G will be expected to post to the blog by Monday at 5pm. The other half of the seminar (last names H-Z) will have by Tuesday 2am to reply to blog posts.

SEMINAR LEADERS
If you are signed up to serve as a seminar leader for Tuesday or Thursday, be sure to meet with the other seminar leaders at least one day before our class meets. Send me your discussion questions the day BEFORE class by 9pm
